SHOP TERMS OF SERVICE & FAQ
All orders are shipped from our factory, located in Little Rock AR, Monday-Friday. Any orders containing Chocolate Laced Wicked Mix will ship Mon-Wed to ensure the quickest shipping delivery to your home. We are not able to guarantee that the chocolate will not melt in transit during the hotter months of the year (May-Sep), however, we will do our best to ship the first part of the week and are offering 2-day home delivery.
Daily Order Cut Off Times
Orders placed Monday-Wednesday after 1 pm CST will be processed the next business day*. orders placed Thursday after 1 pm CST will be shipped out on Monday. orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
*please note that it may take us an additional business day to process certain orders. We are not responsible for any delivery delays that the carrier might encounter during busy holiday season or due to weather circumstances.
If a package is lost in transit due to an address error, theft or negligence, we are not able to issue a refund; it is the purchaser's responsibility to request compensation from the shipping carrier. this applies to orders being shipped to a home, business or third party.
Returns, Refunds or Exchanges
Any damages, discrepancies, or otherwise must be reported via email within 48 hours of verified receipt (based on the carriers tracking information of the delivery of your order). Please submit an image to support your concerns and hold on to the original packaging. We will do our best to make sure you are happy and snacking in no time!
